Our Philosophy
You Little Witch & Co. was created as a space where curiosity is welcome and individuality is celebrated. We believe there’s no single way to practice, no requirement to follow a specific belief system, and no pressure to call yourself a witch to belong here.
Our approach is grounded, accessible, and intentionally non-intimidating. We’re here to explain, simplify, and support — meeting people exactly where they are, whether they’re deeply spiritual, lightly curious, or simply drawn to the aesthetics and atmosphere.
Our Roots
The shop was originally opened by Ruth, a nurse who followed a long-held dream of creating a witchy storefront rooted in care and community. From the start, the space was meant to feel welcoming and open — a place people could gather, explore, and feel safe being themselves.
THE EVOLUTION
In August 2024, Tiffany — a long-time family friend of Ruth — began helping manage the shop. What started as practical support quickly became a deep connection to the space, its community, and the possibilities of what it could grow into.
With a shared love for the shop and a clear vision for how the space could evolve, Tiffany began shaping You Little Witch & Co. into what it is today — expanding its offerings, deepening its intention, and centering accessibility, education, and individuality at every level.
Seeing that growth and trusting the direction the shop was taking, Ruth asked Tiffany to take the lead and allow the space to continue evolving. In June 2025, Tiffany officially began You Little Witch & Co., carrying the heart of the original space forward while letting it grow fully into its next chapter.
